Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Event Attendees at Latin Business Expo
To ensure clarity and fairness in our registration process, we have established the following cancellation policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Event Coordinator at ydemarco@yolovox.com.
- Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to ydemarco@yolovox.com. Cancellations will not be accepted verbally over the phone or through informal communication.
- Cancellation Deadlines: We understand things happen and sometimes we need to change plans. Before you consider fully cancelling your paid exhibit space, we highly encourage you to consider a Transfer of Registration:
Registrations may be transferred to another individual within the same organization at no additional charge or to another business of your choice prior to the event:
- Transfer your purchased booth space to a new startup business to help them make new connections and gain exposure for their services or products.
- Transfer your purchased booth space to a nonprofit organization of your choice to help them have a presence at this large event. Often times, nonprofit organizations are looking for volunteers, new donors and staff. By giving them your booth space along with any additional benefits you signed up for, you will be helping them gain exposure and perhaps even help someone who could use their services.
If neither of the options above work for you and you would prefer a refund, please read the following:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 90 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund of registration fees.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 60 days before the event date will receive a partial refund including registration fees.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 55 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund.
To indicate a transfer of registration, please email Yolo at ydemarco@yolovox.com and provide the contact information for the new business
- Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation or a significant change to the event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or public health emergencies), the Latin Business Expo reserves the right to modify the event format or reschedule the event without any liability to attendees or exhibitors. In such cases, registration fees will be either rolled over to the rescheduled date or credited towards a future event.
- Acknowledgment of Policy: By registering for the Latin Business Expo hosted by Yolo Vox, attendees and exhibitors acknowledge and agree to comply with this cancellation policy. If you have any questions or need further clarification regarding our cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@yolovox.com.
