for Event Attendees at Latin Business Expo

Welcome to the Latin Business Expo! We are committed to providing a positive and productive environment for all attendees. To ensure that everyone has a valuable experience, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following code of conduct:

Respect and Professionalism:
Please treat all attendees, speakers, and event staff with respect and professionalism. Discrimination, harassment, or derogatory comments will not be tolerated.
Networking Etiquette and Dress Code:
We encourage you to engage in respectful conversations and practice active listening. Be mindful of personal space and allow others the opportunity to speak. We kindly ask that you dress business casual or professional to the Business Luncheon and Expo. This can include polo shirts with your company logo, blazers, suits, dress pants and khakis. Please refrain from wearing jeans.
Integrity in Representation:
Be honest and transparent about your business and offerings. Do not misrepresent your company or engage in ways that could mislead your company.
Collaboration Spirit:
Embrace the spirit of collaboration and learning. The Latin Business Expo is a safe space to practice cultural awareness, share knowledge, engage in discussions, and support fellow attendees in their endeavors.
Adherence to Guidelines:
Follow all event guidelines, including those related to booth displays, presentations, and promotional materials. Compliance with venue policies is also required.
Feedback and Communication:
If you experience any issues, have questions or observe behavior that violates this code, please report it to event staff. Open communication is essential for maintaining a positive environment.
